| According to the Internet Movie Database: Sharon Stone will direct Basic Instinct 3 in Britain, the actress has revealed. The blonde star is keen to continue the franchise - following her return as Catherine Tramell in the recently released sequel. Stone, 48, says, "There's a script for the next part of the story. It will be filmed in an isolated nunnery in Tibet as the setting is more intense and gritty." |

| Basic Instinct 3 � When God Calls � Just before the harsh winter snows stop all travel, Catherine Tramell (Sharon Stone) joins a nunnery in remote Tibet and takes her place among the other extremely attractive nuns working for the will of God. But has God sent Catherine, or Satan? The Mother Superior (Carmen Electra) begins to wonder when she catches Tramell seducing other nuns as butchered bodies pile up in the cold stone hallways. Is Tramell the killer? And if Tramell came with nothing but the leather bustier on her back, where is she getting a seemingly endless supply of cigarettes? |

Soon there�s another dead body, and the investigation is opened by Detective Claire Mattson (Stone, reprising her role from Police Academy 4). Tramell and Mattson play a deadly game of cat and mouse through the streets and social strata of a city once called �the armpit of America�. A cadre of warriors from a local tribe agree to guide her, but as they journey through the desert, more and more of the beefy, hunky soldiers fall prey to Tramell�s sexual charms. Meanwhile, the bodies of their comrades begin littering the trail behind them as they get closer and closer to the undisturbed tomb of the biblical king. As Detective Cubbs (Philip Michael Thomas) finds the bodies of the phony medicine men piling up, Tramell gets progressively weaker until she can no longer lift an ice pick. Yet more quacks continue to be hacked up. Can Cubbs find the true murderer? Can Tramell find a cure? |
