| Monday 19/08/02, Afternoon, Cariari, Costa Rica. That's when I started writing this thing. Not much of a work, fruits in the kitchen, David Bowie got ideas, I should have gone for shoping, no other escape from them black beans, no hard feelings. This is the most rainy day since I came, I don't think I am about to write anything meaningfull now, I have some plans coming up, and I might stand aside and watch. When is this Christian guy coming for the computer? Not sure if I am going to get cold from walking bare foot here, oh yea, just like it happened at that place I was coming from. I might update this Blog regarding this issue, not that easy to find something meaningfull these days. Ain't being alive meaningfull enough? 9/9 I just came back from my weekend tour to Arenal, an active volcano located 3 hours from San Jose. We were lucky to get an excellent whether, so the top of the mountain could be seen. I sat down on a bar chair in the middle of a natural hot volcano water pool, drinking a mango margarita, and looking at the red lava flowing from the mountain top down the mountain. It was a great experience, or as the Ticos (local Costa-rican) say: Pure Vida –“the good (and simple) life”. We stayed in a nice cabin with a great view of the Arenal lake and mountain from the balcony, and the hot thermo water makes the body feels very healthy and relaxed, so I came back in an excellent shape, not like the way I come back from surfing trips to the beach (exhausted, wounded, mussels paralyzed) |
