Honestly, when I first stepped in to Metro's doors, I thought about
leaving. I did not, and now I am in my junior year. I am sort of getting used to
Metro now, making friends and even gained a boyfriend. What Metro
means to me, you ask? It means and depends on my education.
My plans for 2008 are already blooming. After graduating from high school(Metro),
I'll attend a college in Chicago, Illinois because I've always dreamed about going to
the big city. After graduating from college, I'll either become a pharmacist, nurse assistant, or
a veterenarian. I might start a family and get married later on when my career furthers.
I pretty much look forward to a successful life. But to get there,
I have to work hard at it.
I hate being bored; that creates slothiness(laziness). So to pass the time, I read
magazines, mostly the Seventeen brand. Also, I play hoops with my friends or run around and
act silly with my sister. I also watch wrestling(WWE)on Mondays and Fridays. The
best thing I like to do is conversate with my friends.
Nothing infuriates me more than betrayal, lies, and name calling. Name calling
towards me, or any member of my family, sets me off and I would usually
have a screaming match with that person. When somebody turns his or her back on you,
it's heartbreaking, but for me, it's like taking a piece of my heart and throwing it
in a wood chipper, and that is not a good feeling for me-ever. Lying is like lice:
you feed it with lies and it grows and irritates my scalp, and I have to
heal the scalp with the truth
