2nd Image Song: Megaman X6 Intro: "The Answer" |

The dream left X wondering. What was he? Reploid, or human? He was composed of parts of both. And how does a Reploid work? What gives it a personality, free thought, and the ability to reason? |

X. He was evidently a versatile combat unit, designed for a variety of conditions. And his ability to change armors and aquire attacks gives him unlimited growth potential. But the one thing that always remained a constant was his CPU. |

A normal Reploid is driven only by the "Will" and "Persona" in it's CPU. An advanced, robotic "mind", the CPU is all that a Reploid is, setting aside all physical attributes. Knowing his own design, as well as the basic design of a Reploid, X pondered the mysteries of his own CPU. But even more so, he pondered his female form... |

X's female form cannot change armors; it is only compatable with the X-Zero armor. It is X's most advanced armor, and nothing else is like it. Or so he first thought. |

At the ancheint ship X discovered at an island, X found Reploid frames that were up to par with his X-Zero armor. Finding such a similarity between things that vary in age so much, suggested that they were somehow related. But how? Didn't Nagi create X's female form...? So how could it have existed before? And if it was true that X had an old Reploid's CPU, why didnt it have its own personality? |
