The process of popping this delicious corn is an attraction in itself. It is fashioned after the cowboys of the "Old West", popping corn over an open fire, adding molasses to make it sweet, and then salt to give it a counter-taste, and using their hands to scoop the corn out.
We took from there and modernized it!
Settled under a 10X10 foot tent, the popcorn is first popped in a large stainless-steel kettle over a propane burner and constant supervision. The burner is similar to that of a hot air balloon. We use conventional sugar instead of molasses. The sugar caramelizes on the popping kernels. It is then turned into the hand-made copper receiving kettle to be seasoned with salt and bagged into three different sizes:

$5 each - oz. (please note: these sizes are live show sizes, not mail-order sizes)
Easily Reheatable!!... Just lay kettle corn flat in the microwave for tasty hot snackin'!
