| August Oskari Kouhi came to Canada with his son Alexander Vladimir Kouhi. They settled in Raith, Ontario. Soon after, his wife died and he remarried becoming father to another eight children. The Canadian Kouhi family homesteaded in Raith and spread. First to Northwestern Ontario and Manitoba, then across Canada. |
