Kotoko Bleu (also known as Rinzen or Jane) is the creator of Underground Indie 28-10. She is currently a senior in high school, in a podunk town in New York. She tries to avoid idiocy and melodrama. In a past lifetime, she was a ninja and hopes to someday be a published author. Her current obsessions involve: "Passion" by Utada Hikaru, Reading, Writing Short Stories of UI 28-10 Characters in alternate universes, Ouran Host Club (Hikaru + Kaoru OTP), and illustration books (preferably of the anime kind). |
