In the February 1992 issue of The Seditionist, Klansman Louis Beam called for a resounding overhaul of the White Aryan Resistance movement's tactics and organizational structute. Klan Chieftain Louis Beam boldly advocated the formation of small, autonomous underground groups (Phantom Cells) driven by ideology and firm conviction in the righteousness of our CAUSE rather than by the directions of leaders and membership organizations.
