Deutsch
EDD stands for "English - Deutsch Dictionary".
The free version of the dictionary contains more than 70000 words and phrases.
Usage:
Type into the first field the word you are looking for and press ENTER (if no other button has focus) or 'Find'. After that you can use the buttons 'Forward' and 'Back' to move forward or backward through the dictionary.
To get more results for a word press the 'Find all' button to get up to 10 results. The buttons 'Forward' and 'Back' will be disabled in that case, but they will be enabled again when you press 'Find'.
Use for the German Umlauts the following: ue=ü, oe=ö, ae=ä, ss=ß.
Tooltip
If you minimize EDD and select (highlight) a word in some text (Word document, HTML file etc) and then press the hotkey ALT+X on the keyboard you will get one translation in a tooltip for the selected word. Below is an example of a appearing tooltip:
Full version
The full version has the following additional features:
• option to add your own words.
• option to set your own hotkey.
• the tooltip gives up to 5 translations for the selected word.
• the 'Find all' button produces up to 30 results.
• contains more words.
The full version may be ordered via dejanpi@cnps.co.yu, the price is 10 € (or 12 US$). Provide following info with the email:
- the username for the computer where you want to run the program (you can see the username if you right-click 'My Computer', select 'Properties' and look at 'Registered to:').
- how you want to pay: payment in advance and the program will be sent to your email address, or payment on delivery and the program will be sent on a CD (in that case you also need to provide the address where to send the CD and the price of the program will be increased by the price of the CD and the postage fee).

Nutzung des Programms
Das gesuchte Wort ins erste Feld eingeben und ENTER drücken (falls kein anderes Button Fokus hat) oder das Button 'Suche' drücken. Danach können Sie die Buttons 'Vorwärts' oder 'Zurück' drücken um sich durch das Wörterbuch vor- und rückwärts zu bewegen.
Um mehr Ergebnisse für einen Suchbegriff zu bekommen drücken Sie das Button 'Find all' und es werden bis zu 10 Ergebnisse für den Suchbegriff erscheinen. Danach werden die Buttons 'Vorwärts' und 'Zurück' deaktiviert, aber sie werden wieder aktiv wenn das Button 'Suche' gedrückt wird.
Benutzen Sie für die Umlaute folgendes: ue=ü, oe=ö, ae=ä, ss=ß.
Tooltip
Wenn Sie EDD minimiesiren und dann in einem Text (Word, HTML usw.) ein Wort auswählen (highlight) und dann den Hotkey ALT+X auf der Tastatur drücken erscheint die Übersetzung in einem Tooltip für da gesuchte Word. Oben ist ein Beispiel für einen Tooltip zu sehen.
Vollversion
Die volle Version hat folgende zusätzliche Optionen:
• man kann eigene Wörter hinzufügen.
• man kann die Hotkey Kombination selbst bestimmen.
• der Tooltip gibt bis zu 5 Übersetzungen für das ausgewählte Wort.
• das 'Find all' Button gibt bis zu 30 Ergebnisse.
• enhält mehr Suchbegriffe.
Die Vollversion kann über dejanpi@cnps.co.yu bestellt werden, der Preis ist 10 €. Senden Sie mit dem Email folgende Info:
- username (Benutzername) auf dem Computer auf dem das Programm benutzt werden soll.
- wie bezahlt werden soll: Zahlung im Voraus und das Programm wird dann über Email zugeschickt; Zahlung per Nachnahme und das Programm wird auf CD auf Ihre Adresse geschickt (in diesem Fall müssen Sie natürlich auch Ihre Adresse angeben und der Preis wird um den Preis der CD und der Postgebühren erhöht).
