personality: chibi-usa is a BRAT. sure, she can be cute, but she treats usagi with very little respect, and usually ganging up with rei to tease usagi.
but sometimes her intentions are good, like in the episode where all of the senshi fall ill and it's up to minako and chibi-usa to take care of them and nurse them back to health. chibi-usa can also be very supportive of sailormoon, but is normally portrayed as a whiney little snot, not a friendly little girl.
chibi-usa and usagi: mother and daughter... nothing cuter, eh? chibi-usa often treats usagi with little respect, but they can work together. they really do care about each other. (think about the end of the super S season.)
chibi-usa and hotaru: chibi-usa and hotaru are best friends. NOTHING MORE. some perverted people like to believe strange, twisted lies about them, but chibi-usa and hotaru are only ONLY good friends. they are always fighting along side each other in the manga.
chibi-usa and tuxedo kamen: eh, who knows? endymion is her father, and yet she has a little crush on mamoru. that passes quickly, and is almost completely ignored in the dub.
chibi-usa and helios: ah, yes. another moon romance. yes, they are together. chibi-usa is in love with helios, and he loves her too. in the end of the super s season, the amazoness quartet pull a joke on the senshi so that chibi-usa and helios can say their private good-byes. it's a very sweet story.

--moon prism power make up!: to transform iinto sailorchibimoon on her own.
--pink sugar heart attack: THE MOST USELESSS ATTACK KNOWN TO THE UNIVERSE!!!!!!!!! it barely does any damage on the enemy, and serves mostly as a distraction. that is, if it even works.
--moon crisis make up!: a double transformaation with sailormoon.
--twinkle yell: she uses a little bell and calls upon helios to grant supersailormoon the power to use the kalied moon scope.
