7/26/2001 Dear Vince, Ok I admit it. I was pulled in at first by this whole invasion angle. There's something about everyone on team WWF pulling together against mean ole Shane, Stephanie, and Paul that warms the cockles of my heart. A united WWF standing tall against struggling WCW. I like it. At least I thought I did. After several weeks of this I've become painfully aware of something alarming. Those WCW guys are taking away the TV time of some of my favorite midcarders. I've got news for you Vince, when I turn on WWF TV or go to a WWF show; I want to see WWF. Specifically I want to see Xpac, but you should know that by now. Now I understand I may be in the minority here but there are plenty of other guys that aren't getting their far share of time as well. I mean even though they're not my favorites I know that Test, Goodfather, Scotty too Hotty, Spike, Hardcore Holly, Crash Holly, Tori, Ivory, and many other of your currently underused talent must have fans out there who are upset at not getting to see them. These superstars have been loyal WWF employees Vince; they deserve better than a few moments during a mass run in. I've heard the rumors about not being able to secure a time slot for WCW. I hope this angle generates enough interest to resolve that, because I, for one, want the WWF back on WWF TV. And if WCW can't get their own show, how about another WWF show. At least that would create some more time for all involved. That is if you actually us some of the other guys and not the same ones we see every week on Raw and Smackdown. One more thing, I'm not talking about a Metal or Jakked type show, I'm talking about real shows, with story line progression and main eventers as well as mid carders. You know what, I've got a better idea, how about adding an hour to each Raw and Smackdown. That'd involve cheaper production costs anyway, right? So, Vince, do you think you could arrange that? Thanks. Until next time, Devoted Xpac Fan |
