Outspoken teen Kelly Osbourne insists troubled brother Jack has no-one else to blame but himself for ending up in rehabilitation.


Jack, 17, checked himself into Las Encinas hospital in Pasadena, California last month after admitting he had problems with alcohol and marijuana.


And Shut Up! singer Kelly believes that Jack is old enough to know the difference between right and wrong.


She says, "When you're a kid that decides to abuse something, it's your choice. You buy the alcohol, you drink it. No-one else is responsible"


But Kelly is supporting her younger brother through his difficulties by abstaining from booze herself.


She adds, "How could I have a drink when I know that somebody in my family is suffering because of it. I'm not going to touch it.


"Jack is doing well though. My parents are the only ones allowed to visit him for now, but I get to talk to him all the time on the phone. He's happy and he's glad he's there."
