I did this while watching MXC on Spike TV... �_� You'd think that someone who watches n' draws anime would be an expert at the skoolgirl uniform... Yea, you'd think that. But not being able to stand any pants to go North of Port Navel on myself, I cringe everytime, yes, everytime I see these skirts that seem to begin where the ribcage ends. I'm like, "Oh, giiirrrrl. Oh no, girl. You gotta...pull that down some... Here let me do it for you, jeez". I just can't draw it, G.
Decided to try some cel style cuz I don't do it often. It's suprizingly difficult to figure out where the shading should go...
