Rock music is a very important part of my life because (as you can see in the next few pages) it really sets my mind into its thought proccess... and I admire all the bands greatly for all the things they do and what they have accomplished to get this far. I love all Girl-Rock music...b/c they set the path for all the rest of us females, plus they sing about things most gurlz understand. I'm also a fan of Jason, the ex-bass player of Metallica, too. I am a very devoted fan to Metallica, and metal/ rock altogether- I am a very special fan of the music- and I'm aint kiddin, I am a one of a kind fan considering I am the only African-American I know that listens to it. A lot of people who don't know me are very, very surprized to know that I listen to metal so intently, but I don't stereotype other people so don't assume that I only listen to rap cuz I'm black. Don't get me wrong, I do like a lot of rap: I love Eminem, Nappy Roots, Ludacris, Ja Rule, DMX, Nelly, Snoop and a hella lot o' people. But I just get more into rock and heavy shit. Most metal music just touches me deep inside and I can always relate to the songs, so anyone having a problem with that can kiss my ass, O.K.?
