I believe these are the ruins of the Chorwon bank. No one in our group admitted to visiting this bank during the war.
This a picture of the Farm Products Inspecting Office. The lower picture is a blowup of the sign. If you have good eyes you can make out that it was used by the Japanese to inspect farm products but that when the communists took over they used it as the communist prosecutor's office.
