In the name Of Allah
FROM THE AMEER OF JUNDEL ISLAM ''{and
whoever did not judge by what Allah revealed, those are the
unbelievers}'' (AlMa'ida; 5:44)
We must apply and implement the Islamic law in all points of the
life in our region and we must destroy the laws of the democrats and
secularists or any other disbelief laws which are Jahiliyye(ignorance
law)..According to this truth, the laws that we have to implement and
apply in the life, must be ordered and explained in the
Kitabullah(Qur'an-ý kerim) or Ýn the Sunnah of Prophet Muhammed
SAW.Some of these are; Qýsas(retaliation), punish of Murted(who strip
from his Islamic status), cutting the hand of thief, punish of the
adultery of single(that is 80
beating), for the adultery of married it is killing by stoning,
beating the drunk and etc...Also other
laws and punishes must be applied as well.Islamic Committee of
the jemaah is responsible for the appliying and teaching all these to
the people.
