Biography

Somewhere in the meantime... MusicWordArt- name of nothing and name of everything in the same time. Their art is only a cycle of zero's and one's putted somewhere in the cyber space. But is "only" a right word? Take a look on their music- it's pulsing, full of great influences but mainly in totally new, original style, that can be described as "pulsing rhythms and voices from far away calling" stuff. Their lyrics are written by the sweat and the blood- abortion described in "Womans Hand", solitude and fear of Russian Brides, sex, murder, dreams, love from "Bullet", "Brides Of Russia", "Moonflower" and other art packs... Take a look on their graphics and photo artworks- there is something hidden inside, something calling from the deep. The girl sorrounding the tree with arms and light from her black face, old family photo, earth "screaming through space", apple bited by naked woman... MusicWordArt is something more than few people creating multimedia materials in various line ups. It's something more than you hear, read or see here. It's something that you can feel. It touches the deepest places in human's soul. Simply because this art is created with the use of deepest memories, emotions and dreams. It's a mirror of life.

Dave H Everything has begun few years ago, exactly in the first months of year 2002, when Dave H became Sophie Ellis- Bextor's Forum moderator. Sophie can be taken as a common point in this MusicWordArt history, in fact her music helped collaborators come together and work in the beginning of the history. But, let's return to Dave H- he is an American musician, keyboardist and drummer, composer and photographer. His fascinations, created through all years of his young and mature life were very similar to these that later appeared as Radek fascination, which fact started whole collaboration- these musical interests were progressive rock and ambient sound spaces, bands like King Crimson or Dead Can Dance, musicians like Robert Fripp and Brian Eno. Dave composed many songs using keyboards, lot of electronic stuff and of course his creative imagination. Later this mysterious, experimental music became first step of band's artistic exploration. His talent, musical originality and enthusiasm as a fan of rock music have become one of the first motors of MusicWordArt's collaborative works. Radek describes his american collaborator: "He's like my brother. We were sharing thoughts and ideas on life for long months in whole year 2004. We are of course still corresponding, discussing MWA things and events in world art, also private stuff. He is my best friend, one of two most creative people that I was happy to work with and I it still is on." Dave is someone that gives MWA the transcdendental atmosphere, deep soul. He is man of faith and honour. As Radek noted in few conversations with friend- "He's a man that I would trust with my child in his hands, in a burning house."

Radek Kordasiewicz During the fall of year 2003 Sophie Ellis- Bextor released her second album titled "Shoot from the Hip". Without this event, there would be no MusicWordArt ever. Here is the moment when Radek Kordasiewicz appears. He was so fascinated by the album that he wrote review for local polish press and ran the CD thousands of times through his player. Let's make him more known- polish lyricist, reviews writer, musical journalist, drummer and composer, thinker and web designer, guitar amateur player. In MusicWordArt he became lyricist, graphic designer, musical producer and composer, web sites creator, and mainly the "brain" of the project, contacting all the time with other members, keeping the terms, inspiring each other and pushing whole project forward into the uncertain future. How about his lyrics? Well, Radek always writes about things that many people want to forget about- few ones for example, like abortion, solitude and fear in modern world, also faith questioning... But there is always something very special and original in his lyrics, not a hope in traditional meaning or something like this but real brave that you can find in his sentence- "Human feelings are the most powerful thing on this earth, in our whole world and I believe that we can annul everything, everything without any hope for better life, for someone waiting for us after death. Be honest and live in truth, this is only thing that we can do"... Radek always tries to find human beings the most fascinating, deep and inspiring elements of reality (especially women)- our feelings, like love, passion, also fear and suffering, simply everything that creates our life is Radek's inspiration and- like he says- only reason of our existence. Beautiful and touching reason... As you can see Radek is not just another lyricist. He is mainly a sensitive and brave human being. Second step of MusicWordArt's artistic exploration.

Get back to the history- during the winter 2003/ 2004 he was constructing his artistic life when he felt that he is ready to start the journey with art. He knew that he wanted to do something. He didn't know what exactly. Soon he has found the answer. Or better to say, that the answer has found him. Another case was that Sophie's music inspired him to write first poem after long break, poem titled "Tears Go Down". And the logical progress of the situation was that he wanted to publicize this work on Sophie Ellis- Bextor web site, Forum section of course. He did it. And he started e-mail correspondence with Dave H. In the very first e-mail Dave wrote that he is a musician and that he has composed few pieces of instrumental music. Radek proposed him to work together on new project, Dave agreed- here is the true beginning of MusicWordArt as a real band. Exactly on 16 March 2004, 11:39 PM, when the e-mail with answer hit Radek's inbox...

Bunji Next part of the story is simple-Bunji, one of the Sophie Ellis- Bextor forums member has posted a comment in Radek's topic where he wrote about his multimedia collaboration with few of his friends. It intrigued MusicWordArt'slyricist and he quickly checked out Bunji's web site to learn some more about his creation. He decided to ask him for collaborating with him and Dave H in graphic designer character. Bunji agreed- on 7'th May 2004 MusicWordArt began existence as a trio. Group began releasing their collaborative materials called Art Packs on 3'rd September 2004, with "Womans Hand"- including Dave H's ambient music, Radek's poem and Bunji's graphical visualization of the words. The art packs were released on special new MWA web site, created by Radek during the summer 2004. Many people (in great percent lot of group's friends from Bextor and Raveonettes forums) get interested in the project, asking about the next releases and web sites. The band has followed "Womans Hand" with a real masterpiece, an art pack called "Bullet". It's the favourite one of Radek- "In that time, in that weeks of summer and fall 2004, there was something amazing in the air. It was very inspired time. I have added few sounds to Dave's original composition, wrote the lyrics and then Bunji has created this amazing and touching symbolic graphic artwork. Now our art is different. But as a fruit of our ideas from the beginning, "Bullet" was the top. And it will always be something special, making me proud" Radek has included few original ideas in the lyrics. Inspired by german philosopher Friedrich Nietzsche, he wrote about eternal return of our world and all in our life, on and on. With King Crimson inspired, pulsing and spaceful music and masterpiece graphic it all worked out totally amazing. And then the first line up broke up... Radek notes: "The band broke up in the time of works on the third art pack, "Brides Of Russia" one. I remember that day like a sad and silent one. It was friday 15'th in November 2005, like I have mentioned in the beginning of this writing. Joe has sent me the e-mail and he said that he is no longer a MusicWordArt member. He explained his decision in a kind way, with a good and honest reasons. We have gone on our own artistic ways in a great friendship atmosphere. It still continues. Someone like Joe can never be forgotten by his collaborators."

After Bunji's out, the group decided to work as a duo. Once again Dave H and radek started to discuss art and good stuff in modern music. Sharing mp3's between United States and Poland cyber spaces. And working together. It all went really good and it was probably, and still is (because it still can return) the most econimical, the fastest in creation process and full of contrasts. Simply because Radek and Dave, even if they have thousands of same thoughts and impressions, also have totally different views on life. But this is the true power of MusicWordArt- merging total contrasts and different points of view. A simple advice to all of you, dear internet audience, to find compromise or just go your own way in relations with other people. The fruit of that time works is an excellent art pack called "Brides Of Russia" and second, moderned and progressed version of MWA web site. Brides creation process has began in August 2004, then Radek wrote the lyrics. It was released released that art pack in December and it all went good with promtotion, the soul of these weeks was something very special. The music was created by Dave H and graphic/poem was made of course by Radek. Then the second member started to look for someone who can get on Bunji's place in the group.

Lorineth Radek has found her profile with artworks on DeviantART. Her real name is Dominika, her artistic name is Lorineth Hexe. He proposed her to work with MusicWordArt. She agreed and then they have started long, few weeks internet conversations about their first work together, an art pack with strong erotic elements. Radek wanted it to be strong and sensitive in the same time. He has written a poem and created music, with ambient additions of Dave. Lorineth has organised a photo session, Dave and Radek have chosen the best photography from all stuff and then, after overworks on music, words and pictures it all was released in January 2005. The promotion was bigger than ever before. Third version of the web site, tons of promo messages on forums, friends blogs (interview too) and mainly a great promotion on the NowaMuzyka.pl polish electronic music web site. It all worked out well for the group. Lorineth getout of the band for some time for private reasons, Dave and radek started to think about future of the project. The result was three months of total silence. Then the new art form appeared in MWA's space- the exclusive word/art release "Silent Water", which was a overworked photo artwork with poem on it, without any music, just a silent release. More was upcoming.

Gosia Sobanska In late April 2005 the new line up of MusicWordArt was formed. Radek was creating graphic artworks and taking care of promotion, Dave H was composing music, and there we two new members- Gosia Sobanska, polish lyricist and also Radek's girlfriend and Mateusz Rozwadowski, very talented polish guitarist, with amazing style of playing that reminds Steven Wilson, Robert Fripp or David Gilmour. The first release (or if you will the pre-release) was an exclusive WordArt material called "Artist's Epitaph", including Gosia's fantastic lyrics and Radek's mysterious photo artwork. With amazing promotion (again) and support of many fans from whole world on MySpace.com group's account, MusicWordArt worked out the newest, fifth art pack called "Moonflower", including Dave's beautiful music with Radek's additions and Mateusz amazing solo guitar playing, Radek's graphical artwork and Gosia's fantastic hearttouching poem.

Mateusz RozwadowskiNew web site called "In the meantime" was holding group's new releases. The band started to think about the future. Radek has composed more music, Mateusz was working on new guitar parts, Dave H's collected music was also waiting for internet release. Today this chapter in their history is still opened. Working in various line up's (for example as a trio Radek-Mateusz-Dave on a remix of the music taken from the project Rumours About Angels II- Birth process) on various projects, new art packs, exclusive releases they still progress and look into the future. To the end of year 2005 Radek wants to release few WordArt's and art packs in MusicWordArt, with new ideas, for music, poems and graphics. The band is currently releasing their continuation of "Moonflower" art pack- two new packs titled "Human" and "Meantime" that include music, poems and graphics that can be taken as the new way of creating modern art. It seems that MusicWordArt will live long. But with words in artists mind, written by Jim Morrison- "The future's uncertain and the end is always near".

Marta Zbieron Fall 2005- a time of changes in MusicWordArt. After releasing two brand new art packs the band started to promote it hardly with the help of such a great web sites as NowaMuzyka or Postindustry. With a friend's help and a new web site (this one) MWA grew into more popularity in hermetic underground groups of multimedia fans. Music and graphics shared in the web hit many people browsing the most silent places on the edge of the web. In August 2005, before all of this, Radek has contacted with Marta Zbieron, polish female photographer, art creator. He proposed her an artistic collaboration in MWA and the result is an amazing series of three graphics that will be soon released on the site. Marta's' style, very poetic but also full of hard emotions was something ideal for new creations. The collaborative upcoming art pack titled "Under The Hotel" is a story about cheating. "I want you to catch the atmosphere- you're a guy that loves his woman totally. It's a party somewhere in the hotel while your visit there. You can see her cheating you somewhere in the silent rooms, you can still hear the music from below when next to you, behind the door, yor woman is screaming during havng sex. You can't move and get there, you're paralysed, you see only a pale moonlight flashing through the windows and flowing into the corridors of hotel. The art pack is going to be great event- three graphical art works, over fifteen minutes of music and a long symbolic poem. Memories, tears, sex, past and the future- all merged in one creation. Soon...
