PERSONAL HISTORY:
Though both she and her sister were born on Terrach, Kendra's parents
came to Earth and raised them in Scotland in the traditional Terrachian form. While she was young, her parents often made known their disappointment in her lower telepathic abilities (she is below the Terrachian average).
When she was old enough to travel on her own, her parents insisted she return to Terrach to learn of her family history and of their ways. She never understood why her parents moved to Earth in the first place.
Once she was of age, she entered the Romulan Naval Academy, much to the Oldtimers dismay. She graduated seventh in her class despite her difference in race. She graduated with degrees in the following:

Shortly after her graduation, Kendra's parents were both killed in a shuttle accident and she was forced to return to Earth on ELOA and care for her sister, who was not yet old enough to care for herself. Kendra holds a deep resentment towards Earth for the death of her parents. Kendra brought Melissa back to Terrach a few months later to live her with her mother's parents. She stayed behind for some time to help her grandparents with Melissa, a rather rambunctious 14-year-old.
After a few short months, the Tal Shiar rampaged her home. They held random attack in the smaller villages of her planet. Kendra herself was raped, though did not end up with child, and her sister was beaten into a coma. Two friends were with them that day, sisters as well. One escaped, though the other was raped. This experience has led the four of them to believe they cannot become pregnant by Rihansuu. Shortly after the attack, their friends left for Earth, never to be heard from again. Melissa recovered completely after four months, but neither one's anger at the Tal Shiar faded.
She returned to duty approximately one year after the attack and was assigned to the RES Firestorm as Dishern Meanek. Some time before she was assigned to the
ship, a traitor had crippled the Firestorm and killed the Enar'rain of that time. Two Enar'rains later, after she came aboard, she was assigned to the mission to go after him and his two partners in the Outer Rim. The mission was successful in bringing the three traitors to justice.
After the mission, the Firestorm returned to the RSB Zarlacc and a promotions ceremony was held. There, Kendra received her rank of Ne'Arrain.
While on shore leave at the RSB Zarlacc, many transfers came trough and the Daise Meanek of the Firestorm was transferred, along with others. Kendra was then promoted to Daise Meanek.
One of the transfers was that of the Firestorm's XO, DErv Mattimeo tr'Llhweiir. The two officers had begun getting closer and finally admitted to a mutual attraction. The transfer threw them both for a loop, but they both have begun to accept it.
While the Firestorm was headed for her last mission, she was severely damaged in an ion storm. The Medbay section of the ship was severed and a mass rescue of those in the Medbay ensued. With some luck and good flying, those trapped in the Medbay were brought aboard the Khellian and back to the Firestorm.
Kendra found Matt on board the Khellian as a stow away. He had not left for his mission on the Klingon front. Much to their mutual disappointment, Matt is now forced to run from the Empire. This means they may never see each other again. Kendra wished him luck. They made a small exchange. Kendra returned to him his clan sword and he left his emohawk, Aehallh, with her.
Now, the Firestorm is waiting at the RSB Zarlacc for a new assignment.
Being of Terrachian descent, Kendra has the following abilities:
- Telepathy
- Empathy
- Telekinesis (medium range)
Terrachians have a basic psi rating of 9. Kendra herself has a psi rating of 8.7, which her parents held against her. They were disappointed that she was below the planetary average and, despite her efforts to better herself, she was never retested. Telekinetic, for those who do not know, is the ability to move objects using the mind. Kendra is capable of moving objects up to two hundred pounds, but she is to be careful. That is her absolute limit and she cannot hold it for a long period of time. She cannot excede this limit, either.
Terrach is an independantly run government with a strong alliance in the Romulan Star Empire. The Tal Shiar attack mentioned above was never explained, but was quickly forgiven but the government officials, who had been left untouched by the operatives. Many believe that it's the Tal Shiar's way of trying to take over Terrach for themselves and make the people into a slave race, thought the theory is not outwardly publicized.
