Since Kool & The Gang are always "At Their Best" this album is almost certainly well titled and definatly due.
It contains an great deal of Kool & The Gangs hits from the four albums that begin this transistion (though none from In The Heart which seems to get over looked more often then it should) and you will notice that "Hi De Hi, Hi De Ho" and "Take It To The Top" ("Hi De Hi, ..." especially) both exceed the time on the LP's they were originally released on automaticaly making this compilation worth investigating.
Also "Let's Go Dancin'" is EP length probably for the first time on an LP and you may also notice that at begining of the LP the writers are paired together later they alternate (Take My Heart and Let's Go Dancin' are rare credits and Let's Go Dancin' is J.T. with Amir deliberately put surely between J.T. and Khalis) This album is well designed and should certainly be in your collection (but then so should all Gang LP's and CLP's).

Now continue to The Very Best Of ...
