OK I've now got to apologize to "Kool & The Gang" because my copy of this excellent double LP compilation is an illegal copy of someone else�s tape but since the record is currently deleted no one is losing money on it to my knowledge and no one made any money when I got this I hope this will may reissued on CD (as Britain best charted "Kool & The Gang" record it should be) but I expect that it's extreme length makes that almost impossible.
As for the album it's self the official site says that it was released in April, 1984 however I know from the fact that I have a photocopy of the liner notes that it was released in 1983 sometime (probably March but it may have been April).
However this is a British release and the date on the official "Kool & The Gang" site is the American release date (but it could be that year out) and that would solve the problem.
The album it's self is a classic and as previously mentioned is the highest charting "Kool & The Gang" record in the UK.
If it is reissued then I will certainly buy it so that I can have a good quality version of this superb compilation.
