Teriyaki Marinade

1¼ cups pineapple juice

¼ cup Worcestershire sauce

1 tbsp liquid smoke

¼ cup low sodium soy sauce

1 tbsp oil

1 tsp ground ginger

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp onion powder

.

Combine all ingredients and use to marinade meat, chicken, pork or beef. Can be used for basting.
