T-bone Steak with Green Pepper

16 oz T-bone steak

1 tsp onion pepper

1 large green pepper, cut into 6 rings

1 egg, beaten

1 cup bread crumbs

1 tsp fresh parsley, chopped

� cup flower

2 Tbsps oil

Sprinkle T-bone steak with onion powder and grill to desired doneness.

Dip green peppers into flour, then egg. Bread the mixture of bread crumbs and parsley. Heat oil in pan and fry rings until golden brown. Serve over steaks or as a side dish.
