Tasty Herbed Parmesan Crisps

1 cup finely shredded parmesan cheese

2 tsps. all-purpose flour

1 tsp. finely chopped rosemary or thyme

� tsp. freshly cracked black pepper

.

Preheat oven to 350*F.

Mix the ingredients in a bowl. Spread 1 tbsp. piles of mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, 1 to 2-in. apart. Bake crisps until they turn golden brown, about 6 to 8 mins. Cool crisps completely on a metal rack.
