Tangy Italian Kabobs

2 Tbsps olive oil
1 tbsp each lemon juice and water
2 tsp Dijon-style mustard
� tsp black pepper
1 tsp dried oregano
1 lb steak, cut into 1" cubes
3 medium bell peppers, seeded and cut into 1" pieces
8 large mushrooms

Preheat the grill.
Whisk together the oil, lemon juice, water, mustard, pepper and oregano. Add beef, peppers and mushrooms to the misture and toss to coat.
Thread alternate pieces of beef, pepper and mushroom on four 12" skewers.
Grill kabobs over medium coals for 8-10 mins.
