Taco Rice Wraps

1 lb. lean ground turkey or beef

1 430g. jar prepared salsa

3 cups cooked rice

1 341mL can corn niblets, drained

1 cup shredded Monterey jack cheese

18 small flour tortillas, warmed

In large non-stick skillet, brown turkey or beef over medium-high heat; drain fat and liquid, if necessary. Stir in salsa, rice and corn. Cook over medium heat, covered for 5 to 10 mins or until no liquid remains. Spoon 75mL 1/3 cup misture in each tortilla, top with anout 1 tbsp. cheese. Roll up; serve warm.
