Spicy Beef Marinade

¨ö cup picante sauce

¨÷ cup red wine vinegar

¨ù cup oil

1 tbsp fresh cilantro, snipped

1 clove crushed garlic

¨û tsp. black pepper

Pour marinade over cooked sliced beef. Marinate for 4-24 hours in refrigerator. Use in salad, for pita sandwiches or in tortillas. Enough for 1 pound.
