Smoked Salmon Pate

8 tbsps. butter
½ 1 lb. salmon bbq tips
fresh ground pepper
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2/3 cup heavy cream, lightly whipped

Melt butter, cool 5 mins. Flake salmon and place in blender, pour in butter and process until it becomes a paste.
Place mixture in a bowl and gently fold in lemon juice, pepper to taste and whipped cream. Spoon into serving dish and chill one hour before serving or place in a pastry bag and pipe into baked puff pastry shells before chilling.
