Sirloin Steak & Sauce

2 8oz sirloin steaks
2 tsp butter
2 Tbsps fresh shallots, chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
� cup ready-to-serve beef gravy
3 Tbsps white wine
1 tbsp sour cream
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Grill or broil sirloin steak to desired doneness; keep hot on serving plate.
In saute pan, heat butter, add shallots, garlic and mushrooms. Saute about 2 mins, add beef gravy, white wine and sour cream. Bring to a boil, then serve over steaks and sprinkle with parsley.
