Sauteed Atlantic Mussels

2lbs. Atlantic mussels
1 cup white wine
1 cup whipping cream (no sugar added)
� cup chopped parsley
� cup chopped onion
.
Saute the onions in a large pot, then add the white wine and cream. Bring to a simmer, stir gently, add the mussels and parsley, put the lid on the pot and cook.
Cook on medium heat for 8-10 mins or until the mussels shells open, they are ready to eat.
