Roquefort Steaks with Beaujolais

2 steaks
butter to coat
� cup red wine
Roquefort or Stiltin to taste
.
Brown steaks on both sides in butter. Pour wine over top. Saute for 4 mins. Turn. Crumble Roquefort or Stilton over steaks. Continue sauteing until steaks are done as you like. Remove to a platter. Boil wine, stirring until it is reduced and just glazes pan. Pour over steaks and serve.
