Roasted Pecans

1 tbsp. butter

1 tbsp. tomato ketchup

1½ tbsps. Worcestershire sauce

¼ tsp. cayenne pepper

2 cups pecans

salt, if needed

Melt butter in large saucepan. Add next 4 ingredients and stir to coat well. Spread on greased baking sheet. Bake in preheated 350*F oven for 17 to 20 mins, stirring every 5 mins.

Turn out on paper towels to cool thoroughly before storing in an airlight container.
