Red Wine Chicken Marinade

2 cups dry red wine

1 bunch scallions, sliced

1 clove garlic, minced

� cup olive oil

� cup soy or teriyaki sauce

2 tbsps dark brown sugar

1 tsp grated fresh ginger

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

.

Mix together, Use as is for marinade or boil for 10 mins and use as a basting sauce.
