20 ounces porterhouse steak
1 tsp olive oil
1 tbsp meat tenderizer
1 tsp steak seasoning

Place steak on a plate & coat lightly with olive oil. Rub steak with monosodium glutamate. Sprinkle steak with Canadian steak seasoning & gently rub into steak. Cover with plastic wrap & let stand for 20 mins. Unwrap & grill on open flame or charcoal grill to your preference.
