Pickled Pepper Steaks

2 thin fast-fry steaks
1 tsp olive oil
grinded black pepper
� cup pickled banana pepper slices
� cup sherry
.
Reb steaks with olive oil. Grind black pepper over both sides. Cook over medium-high heat until browned, 2 mins per side. Add banana pepper and sherry. Reduce heat to low. Cook, uncovered, 1 or 2 mins per side and serve.
