Peppermint Bark

6 oz. white chocolate

1 cup chopped candy canes

Chop white chocolate; place in large microwavable bowl and microwave on medium 3� to 4 mins or until chocolate is almost melted, stirring after 2 mins. Stir until chocolate is completely melted.

Pour onto wax paper-covered baking sheet; sprinkle evenly with 1 cup chopped candy canes. Refridgerate 1 hour or until firm. Break into pieces. Store in tightly covered container in the fridge.
