Pasta Salad

½ 375 g. pkg. Fusilli or Rotini noodles (coloured pasta spirals)

1 cup sliced fresh cauliflowerets

1 cup fresh broccoli Rowerets

1 cup diced Monterey Jack cheese

½ cup sliced green onions or chives

¾ cup vegetable or olive oil

¼ cup red wine vinegar

½ tsp. Italian seasoning

Prepare pasta according to package directions. Drain. In a large salad bowl, combine pasta with remaining ingredients. Tossto mix. Cover and chill thoroughly.Toss gently before serving. Refrigerate remaining salad.
