Multi-Coloured Squares

10 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, coarsley chopped

2 cups graham cracker crumbs

� cup finely chopped green and red candied cherries

� cup finely chopped pitted dates

� cup finely chopped dried apricots

2 oz. white chocolate, finely chopped

� cup coarsely chopped almonds

Butter a 9-in. square baking pan. Melt semi-sweet chocolate in double boiler over barely simmering water. Transfer to large bowl and mix in graham crackers, � cup candied cherries, � cup dates and � cup apricots. Firmly press mixture into prepared pan to form a smooth layer. Sprinkle with remaining cherries, dates, apricots, hite chocolate and almonds. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm to the touch. Cut into squares.
