Moms' Chili

1 Large can of Tomato Sauce

6 small cans of kidney beans dark / light

1 small stalk of celery

2 large Onions

3 large peppers green / yellow

8 lbs ground meat

1 lb of assorted hot peppers ( use 3-4 Habinaroes or it won't be spicy)

Cut of vegetables into small chunks. Put oil into the bottom of the kettle & let of the vegetables cook down until tender.

Put the ground meat in the oven spread thin on a cookie sheet, cover with chili powder and brown until cooked. Stir occasionally.

Mix all ingredients in the vegetable kettle on the stove with the tomato sauce, beans and 1 � cans of water that the tomato sauce came in. Cook & season to taste.
