Mini Melts with Brie

your choice of amount of Brie

flour for powdering

2-3 egg whites

1 cup dry bread crumbs

2-4 cups oil

.

Cut regular or floavored Brie, with or without the rind, into 1-in. cubes.

Dip cubes in flour, then in egg whites and roll in bread crumbs.

Freeze for about 30 mins, then fry in oil for about 1 min.
