Mediterranean Turkey Wraps

6 8-in. flour or flavored tortillas
1 6oz. container prepared hummus
1� cups baby spinach leaves
1� cups chopped cooked turkey
6 tbsps. chopped cucumber
6 tbsps. sliced pitted Kalamata or black olives
6 tbsps. chopped tomatoes
6 tbsps. crumbled low-fat feta cheese

Spread tortilla with 2 tbsps. hummus to within �-in. of edge. Cover with � cup spinnach leaves, pressing lightly into spread. Top with � cup turkey and 1 tbsp. each cucumber, olives, tomatoes and feta cheese. Roll up tortilla tightly.
Repeat with remaining tortillas. To serve, cut each tortilla diagonally in half.
