Level Rosemary Martini

1 part Level, dash dry vermouth
2 sprigs of rosemary, one with leaves slightly crushed
.
Stir liquids and bruised rosemary sprig in a mixing glass without ice for a few seconds. Add lots of ice cubes and stir for a few seconds more. Double-strain into a well-chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with the remaining rosemary.
