Lemon-herb Chicken

2½ lb. fresh chicken cut into 9 pieces
½ cup fresh lemon juice
1 cup good olive oil
4 garlic cloves crushed
1 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. paprika
3 tbsps. fresh chopped rosemary
salt and black pepper to taste

Place the chicken pieces in a glass bowl, mix the marinade ingredients and pour on the chicken. Mix well. Cover, refridgerate for 8 hours or overnight. Set up the bbq to medium heat. Remove the chicken pieces and grill gently starting with the skin side for about 15 mins on each side or until the pieces are fully cooked. Brush with leftover marinade.
