Lemon, Cracked Pepperand Sea Salt Wings

24 chicken wingettes or drumettes, or a mix of both

3 tbsps. olive oil

1 tbsp. grated lemon zest

1 tbsp. coarsley cracked black pepper

1 tbsp. coarse sea salt

Preheat the oven to 425*F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, then set aside. Place the wings in a bowl and toss theolive oil, lemon zest, pepper and sea salt. Arrange the wings on a baking sheet. Drizzle any oil and seasoning left in the bowl over top. Bake 25-35 mins, or until cooked through. Arrange on a platter and serve.
