Jammy Cream Cheese French Toast

2 slices Venice Bakery French Style Bread (or equivelant)

2 tbsps. spreadable cream cheese

2 tbsps. berry jam

1 egg

2 tbsps. milk

� tsp. vanilla

1 tsp. vegetable oil

Spread cream cheese, then jam, evenly on both sides of bread. Sandwich together.

Beat together egg, milk and vanilla in a bowl. Place sandwich in bowl and soak each side with egg mixture until absorbed.

Heat oil in non-stick skillet over medium-low heat. Cook sandwiches until golden brown, 2�-3 mins per side. Serve plain or sprinkle with icing sugar.
