HOT COCOA

½ cup white sugar

¼ cup HERSHEY'S Cocoa Powder

1 pinch salt

1/3 cup hot water

4 cups milk

¾ teaspoon vanilla extract

In medium saucepan, mix sugar, cocoa & salt; stir in water. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture boils; boil & stir 2 mins.

Add milk; stir until well blended. Cook, stirring often, until hot. DO NOT BOIL. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla. Beat with whisk until foamy.
