GRILLED PORK

3 pounds pork loin roast

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon ground black pepper

1 teaspoon salt

1 cup prepared barbecue sauce

Prepare grill for high heat.

Season meat with the garlic powder, pepper & salt.

Oil grate & place tenderloin on the grill over a drip pan. Cook on in-direct heat for 30 mins. Brush on barbecue sauce, coating the entire piece of meat. Cook an additional 15 mins or until done, internal temperature of 160 degrees F (70 degrees C). Slice pork & serve with additional sauce for dipping.
