Glazed Carrots

2 lbs (900 g) peeled baby carrots

¼ cup of water

1 tbsp of cornstarch

½ cup of packed brown sugar

1 tbsp margarine

.

Place carrots in 3 ½ quart (3.5 liters) slow cooker. Stir water, cornstarch, brown sugar and margarine together in small bowl, then pour over carrots. Cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours. Stir before cooking.
