Flank Steak Marinade

2 tsp. unseasoned tenderizer

2 tbsp. dry sherry

1 tbsp. sugar

2 tbsp. soy sauce

1 tbsp. honey

1 tsp. salt

Mix all of the above together. Marinade meat for 1 hour before cooking on the barbecue. Grill 10 mins on each side. Cut diagonally to serve.
