Flambeed Pepper Steaks

grinded black pepper
4 thin steaks
1 cup sliced mushrooms
� 10oz can consomme
� cup brandy
.
Grind pepper of steaks. Cook over medium-high until browned, 2 mins per side. Add mushrooms and concomme. Simmer, covered, 5 mins. Turn partway through and stir mushrooms. Remove from heat. Pour brandy into a small pan. Heat until first bubble appears. Pour over meat and mushrooms. Bring a lighted match close to surface to flambe.
