Get a deep bowl or clean wide-mouth jar and fill with clean button mushrooms. Fill with Italian or non-creamy dressind of your choice. Shake or stir to ensure the dressing is well distributed and let sit for 1 hour. Remove mushrooms from the dressing with a slotted spoon, serve in a platter, dust with chopped parsley and supply toothpicks.
